The District Governor, Rotary International District 9111, Rtn (Prince) Henry Akinyele has joined members of Rotary Club of Alakuko in a tree planting exercise.
The club under the leadership of United President Oludare Oyegbola planted some trees around the palace of Iroko Gbadewolu Akoko, His Royal Majesty Feyijimi Olusegun following a courtesy visit to the king.
The club also carried out an economic empowerment project in the palace during which a total amount of of N240, 000 was presented to 12 people at N20, 000, 2 of which were sponsored by the king.
