The official visit of the District Governor, Prince Henry Akinyele to Rotary Club of Festac Town on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 started with the distribution of over 30 free delivery kits to pregnant women in Amuwo Odofin Local Government Primary Health Centre, Lagos.
The club currently led by United President (Sir) Henry Enyinna also empowered 11 indigent women in the community with 5 grinding machines, 1 pop corn machine and 5 sewing machines.
The District Governor commended the club for reaching out to the women especially at this period when the economy is experiencing challenges.
Past District Governor Richard Giwa-Osagie who is a member of the club was also present to receive the DG and participate in the donation exercises.
