The official visit of the pioneer District Governor, Rotary International District 9111, Dr Oluwole Kukoyi to Rotary Club of Alimosho Crystal led by Irresistible President Aketti Abigail on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
During the visit, a sum of N150,000 were presented to three indigent women in the community by the club as part of its empowerment programme for the 2024-2025 Rotary year.
Four new Rotarians were also formally inducted into the club. HRH Iyogu 11 of Akoka-Edo, Edo State was also inducted by the District Governor.
A member of the club- Rtn Honorary Kenechukwu Kingsley Okafor, a Paul Harris Fellow was presented with an Appreciation Award plaque for his contributions towards the growth of the club.
Many Itresistible Presidents from Lagos and Ogun states were also present at the event to support their fellow Irresistible President.
The Irresistible President of the sponsoring club, Rotary Club of Gowon Estate, Rtn Ajayi Olayiwola and the Irresistible President, Rotary Club of Festac Central, Rtn Attai were both also presented with Appreciation Award plaques for their contributions to the growth of the club.
