
Prince Henry Akinyele, District Governor-elect, is currently attending the International Assembly at Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, Florida, USA, alongside colleagues from around the world.

The assembly, which commenced on Sunday, February 9th, 2025, after his one-week Homestay in Sarasota, has been a transformative experience, offering insightful, inspirational, and motivational moments.
The intensive learning sessions, which run from 7am to 9pm daily, feature general sessions with esteemed guest speakers, breakout sessions facilitated by international Rotary facilitators, and various group activities and workshops.


These sessions are designed to equip District Governors-elect with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.
The assembly is a critical component of Rotary's leadership development programme, providing participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed as Governors.
Prince Henry Akinyele is accompanied by his spouse, Nihinlolawa, who is also undergoing partner's training. This opportunity allows them to network with fellow Rotarians and gain valuable insights into effective leadership and service.
Notably, Rotary International President-elect, Mário César Martins de Camargo, has released the first-ever Presidential Message, "UNITE FOR GOOD," which replaces the traditional annual theme. This message emphasizes the importance of unity and collective action in driving positive change.
Upon his return, Prince Henry Akinyele is expected to bring back innovative ideas and strategies to elevate the district to new heights.
