The Rotaract Representative District 9111 (DRR), Rotaractor Halilu Senu Awesu paid a courtesy visit to the District Governor, Rotary International District 9111, Prince Henry Akinyele on Thursday, July 3, 2025 during which he updated the District Governor on his achievements so far and also disclosed his goals for the 2025-26 Rotary year.
The Chairman, District Rotaract Committee (DRC), PAG Ezinne Obioha who joined the Rotaract district leaders on the visit assured the DG of their commitments to working together to achieve their goals towards the success of both the Rotaract ands Rotary districts.
The DG who warmly received the team expressed confidence in the duo of DRR Awesu and DRC Obioha saying he has no doubt that the team will perform excellently well. He assured the Rotaractors of his unwavering support.
The DRR was accompanied on the visit by the District Rotaract Representative Elect, Rtr Olorunju David Anjorin; the District Secretary, Rtr Waheed Nurudeen Oluwaseun; the District Admin, Rtr Onososen Emmanuel; the District Membership Chair, Rtr Princewill Oyedika; the District WE care chair; Rtr January Onwuka; the United President, Rotaract Club of Orile Agege, Rtr Habeebat Aderibigbe; the United president, Rotaract Club of Ijoko prestige, Rtr Ayoola Ogunwale.
They were well received by the DG, District Executive Secretary Michael Effiong, Chief of Staff to the DG, PAG Busola Satuyi, and Special Assistant to the DG, Rtn Tunde Olawuyi.
