The official visit of the District Governor, Rotary International District 9111, Rtn Bukola Bakare, to Rotary Club of Lagos Palm Grove Estate on Saturday, July 25, 2026, commenced on a deeply spiritual note with a visit to the Indian Temple in Ilupeju, Lagos. Special prayers were offered for the District Governor, her leadership team, Rotary Club of Lagos Palm Grove Estate, and the peace, progress, and well-being of the entire community.

The visit continued to the Rtn Narambhai Patel Park at the SPAR Roundabout, Ilupeju, where the District Governor joined club members in a symbolic tree-planting exercise, reaffirming Rotary’s commitment to environmental sustainability and creating lasting impact.

7 new Rotarians were also inducted into the club by the District Governor
