Rotary Club of Isolo has just commissioned a newly renovated toilet facility in Akinbaiye Primary School located on Akinbaiye Street in Isolo, Lagos.
This is coming months after the club renovated the water facility and sick bay in the school.
Commissioning the facility alongside the Irresistible President of the club, Rtn Tokunboh Allison on Friday, May 16, 2025, was the pioneer District Governor, Rotary International District 9111, Dr Oluwole Kukoyi.
The Head Teacher of the School, Mr Salami Adebari appreciated the club for the continued support the club has constantly given the school while assuring the club that the renovated facility will be adequately taken care of.
Miss Tutu Kazeem, Officer, Social Mobilization Section, Oshodi-Isolo LGEA who witnessed the commissioning ceremony on behalf of the government declared her long-time interest to join the club following an “alter call” made by the DG, was right there and then inducted into the club by the DG with a follow up to be made by the club president.
The DG was accompanied by his spouse, Rev Mrs Olusola Kukoyi, District Executive Secretary, AG Valentine Shomoye, Chief of Staff to the DG, AG Sylvia Abdalla, and Personal Assistant to the DG, PAG Abiola Adesina.
