Three sewing machines and two grinding machines have just been donated to five women in Festac community and its environs by Rotary Club of Lagos West.
The donation exercise which is part of the club’s empowerment programme for this 2024-24 Rotary year was carried out this afternoon at the official visit of the pioneer District Governor, Rotary International District 9111, Rtn (Dr) Wole Kukoyi this afternoon.
Present with the District Governor is his spouse, Rev. Mrs Olusola Kukoyi, District Governor Elect, Rtn Henry Akinyele, Past District Governor Omotunde Lawson, FCAI who is also a member of the club, the current District Learning Facilitator and also the Immediate Past District Governor for Rotary District 9111.
