Rotary Club of Ikeja Golden Impact has just been formally presented with its Charter certificate by the pioneer District Governor, Dr Oluwole Kukoyi.
The certificate was presented to the Charter President of the club- Rtn Teniola Ogundeji by the DG who was supported by the District Governor Elect, Prince Henry Akinyele on Friday, May 9, 2025.
The Charter President was also decorated with the collarette while members of the new club which includes the spouse of the club president were all inducted into the club.
During the ceremony, a fundraising game was introduced by the Irresistible President of Rotary Club of Omole Golden which happens to be the sponsoring club, Rtn Babajide Ogunleye and at the end of the game, a sum of N100,000 was donated to The Rotary Foundation by Rtn Ogunleye in honour of a member of Rotary Club of Omole Golden who came first and the District Treasurer who came second in the game.
