
The pioneer District Governor, Rotary International District 9111, Rtn (Dr) Oluwole Kukoyi received members of the Nigerian Medical Association, Ogun State branch, who paid him a courtesy visit at the Rotary Centre in Ikeja, Lagos on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.


The visiting team of medical doctors led by the Chairman of the Association, Dr Luqman Ogunjimi was received by Medical Elder Otunba Dr. Kunle Hassan, the Chief Medical Director, Eye Foundation Hospital Limited who is also the Chairman of the Board of Olabisi Onabanjo University Teaching Hospital (OOUTH) Sagamu.
During the visit, the team discussed the wellbeing of doctors in Ogun State and also deliberated on building a lasting partnership between Ogun State government, Rotary District 9111 and the NMA.


The team appreciated the District Governor who is also the Chief Medical Director of Ace Medicare Clinics in Ota, Ogun state and a past Chairman of the Association, (having served between 2008 and 2010), for his contribution towards the growth of the association before, during and after his tenure.

Members of the District Governor’s Core Team that were also present to receive the guests alongside the DG include the District Executive Secretary, AG Valentine Shomoye, the District Treasurer, PP Adetayo Hassan, Special Assistant to the DG, AG Kunle Adeniran, and Personal Assistant to the DG, PAG Abiola Adeshina.
