The pioneer District Governor, Rtn (Dr) Oluwole Kukoyi has just decorated the District Governor Nominee, Rtn Bukola Bakare with a specially customized collarette for District Governor Nominees.
The decoration was carried out during the inauguration of the Presidents-elect Learning Seminar (PELS) and District Learning Seminar (DLS) committees by the District Governor Elect, Rtn Prince Henry Akinyele on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.
This is another first of its kind initiative of the new Rotary district 9111 initiated by the District Governor-elect for Rotary International District 1145, United Kingdom, Rtn Olatunji Olaleye who first decorated DGE Akinyele with a customized collarette for District Governors-elect at the beginning of the Rotary year.
This decoration exercise was witnessed by the District Learning Facilitator, Past District Governor Omotunde Lawson, FCAI and other district leaders and Rotarians present.
